Harpenden Property Maintenance was founded in 1986 by Daren Graham.

As a sole trader working mainly with letting agencies and subcontracting to small building companies there was a demand for a good all round property maintenance service in the Harpenden area as opposed to specific single trade companies.

This need has grown over the years and today we believe we are in an ideal position to fill this need and provide our clients with a comprehensive service that is second to none, due mainly to our infinate flexibility in the services we offer. Our services can be packaged to suit your specific requirements and be tailored to work around your needs.
